Terms of service

This shop is run by ilz, an independent artist based in Miami, Florida. Buying anything here means you accept the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not order.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. I do my best to describe and photograph everything accurately, but screens vary, and an original piece of artwork will never look exactly like its photograph.

I may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is mispriced or unavailable, or if I suspect fraud. If I cancel an order you have already paid for, you get a full refund.

What you may do with the pattern packs

When you buy a pattern pack you are buying a license to use it, not the artwork itself. I keep the copyright.

You may print the pack as many times as you like for yourself and the people in your household, draw on it, color it, finish it however you want, and share photographs and videos of what you have made, including on social media and including if your account earns money.

You may not resell, share, give away, or upload the files, put the patterns or anything traced from them on products for sale, use them to make a competing pattern pack, coloring book or printable, use them to train a machine learning model, or claim the underlying designs as your own.

In short: the packs are for your own use. Your finished pages are yours to show off. The designs themselves stay mine.

Teachers, studios and workshop leaders: a single license does not cover printing for a class. Ask me and I will sort something out.

Original artwork and merch

Buying an original piece gives you the physical artwork. Copyright and reproduction rights stay with me, so please do not reproduce it for sale. Hanging it, photographing it, and showing it off are all welcome.

Merch is for personal use and is not for resale.

Refunds and shipping

Refunds are covered by the refund policy and delivery by the shipping policy. Both form part of these terms.

The Artist Partners program

If you join Artist Partners, the program's own terms apply on top of these. Commission is paid on completed orders that are not later refunded. It is not paid on your own orders: use your code on your own purchases by all means, just not to earn on them. I may end a partnership if someone promotes the packs dishonestly, spams, bids on my brand name in paid search, or uses my artwork outside the license above. I may also end any partnership, or close the program altogether, at any time and for any reason, without giving one. Commission already earned on completed orders is still paid.

Your account and your data

You do not need an account to buy anything. What I collect and why is set out in the privacy policy.

Third-party links

Some pages link to other websites, including affiliate links where I earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Those links are marked where they appear. I am not responsible for anything on a site I do not run.

No warranty, and the limit of what I owe you

Everything here is sold as it is. I cannot promise a file will print identically on every printer, that a color will match your screen, or that the shop will never go down.

To the extent the law allows, my liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

Changes

I may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
