Refund policy

Digital downloads

Pattern packs, and every other downloadable file sold here, are final sale. Once the download is delivered the file cannot be returned, so I do not offer refunds or exchanges on them. Please look at the preview images, the design count and the page count on the listing before you buy.

If a file will not open, will not print, or is clearly not what the listing described, contact me within 30 days of purchase and I will replace it or refund you. That is a defect, not a change of mind, and I will always put it right.

Original artwork

Each piece is one of a kind, so I do not accept returns or exchanges. If a piece arrives damaged, send me photographs within 7 days of delivery and I will refund you in full or work out a fair resolution with you.

Merch

If merch arrives damaged or misprinted, send me photographs within 30 days of delivery and I will replace it or refund you. I do not accept returns for a change of mind on printed-to-order items, because they are made individually for each order.

How to reach me

Use the contact form at /pages/contact. Include your order number and, where it applies, photographs. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and your bank usually takes a few business days to show it.
