Shipping policy

Pattern packs and other downloads

Nothing ships. Pattern packs are PDF files, and your download link is emailed to you as soon as your payment goes through. If it hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder first, then contact me and I will send it again.

You can download your files more than once, and printing them is up to you. There is guidance on paper and printers on the common questions page.

Original artwork

I ship original artwork within the United States only at this time, and shipping is free. Every piece is packed by hand so it arrives flat and undamaged.

Originals go out by UPS Ground, usually within two business days of payment. You will get a tracking number by email once yours is on its way. UPS Ground normally arrives within a week inside the US, though carriers occasionally take longer, and that part is out of my hands.

Merch

Merch is made to order and printed by a production partner, so it ships separately from anything else in your order and may arrive at a different time. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where it is going.

How long it takes depends on the item. Most arrive within 7 to 30 days of payment. You will get tracking by email when it leaves the printer.

Where I ship

Downloads go anywhere in the world. Original artwork is United States only for now. Merch ships to the countries offered at checkout; if yours is not listed, write to me and I will see what is possible.

Orders going outside the United States may attract customs duties, import taxes or handling fees. Those are set by your country, not by me, and they are the buyer's responsibility. I cannot predict them or refund them, and I will not mark an order as a gift or understate its value.

Getting your address right

Please check your shipping address before you place the order. I send to the address given at checkout. If something goes to a wrong address that was entered by mistake, I cannot recover it, though I will always try to help. If you spot a mistake straight away, tell me before the order ships and I will correct it.

If something arrives damaged or does not arrive

Send me photographs and your order number through the contact form and I will put it right. Damaged and missing deliveries are covered by the refund policy.
