How does shipping work?
Original artwork: U.S. only for now, and shipping is free. It goes UPS Ground, usually within two business days of payment, and normally arrives within a week.
Merch: made to order and shipped separately, with the cost calculated at checkout. Most items arrive within 7 to 30 days.
Pattern packs: nothing ships. They're PDFs, so your download link arrives by email the moment you buy.

Can I get a refund on a pattern pack?
No. Pattern packs and anything else downloadable I sell are final sale, because once the file is delivered it can't be given back. Please have a look at the preview images and the page count before you buy, so you know what you're getting.
That said, if a file won't open, won't print, or clearly isn't what the listing described, write to me and I'll sort it out. The full refund policy has the detail.
Do you offer returns or exchanges on artwork?
Each piece of original artwork is one of a kind, so I don't take returns or exchanges. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, get in touch and I'll work it out with you.
How should I print the pattern packs?
Your printer only matters if you use alcohol markers. Inkjet ink is usually dye-based, and alcohol dissolves it and drags it across the page. Pencils, gel pens and water-based markers are perfectly happy on an inkjet.
If alcohol markers are your thing, print on a laser instead. Toner is fused to the paper with heat, so there's nothing for the alcohol to lift. This affordable laser printer is the safe choice, and these heavier sheets stop marker bleeding through.
No printer? You don't need one. FedEx Office and most local print shops run laser printers, it's cheap per page, and you can bring your own cardstock. Take the PDF in and you're set.
Can I earn from sharing your packs?
Yes. Artist Partners is my affiliate program: you get 40% of every pack bought through you, and a code that takes 10% off for the people who use it. I've made a full set of ready-to-post graphics for it, so there's nothing for you to design.
